What we will do

In this 8-week dojo we will enter the dreaming that dream figures, images and experiences conjure up for us.

We will meet dreamlike parts of ourselves and our world, and learn process-oriented tools and techniques to unravel the deeper layers of dreams, benefit from their guidance and integrate that into our everyday lives.

Each one hour live class will focus on a different dreamwork method providing an opportunity to practice various dreamwork skills and techniques.

What to expect

Begin your learning with a self guided short video course on basic dreamwork theory and methods.

Each week, meeting live online, we will go deeper into the practice of dreamwork focusing on various ways in which to work with dreams.

Live classes will include exercises, techniques to work with our own and others' dreams, demonstrations, and practice.
