What will I need to do?
The PWI online tech hosting role can be fun and is a chance to feel part of things.
You will contribute to making a great container for learning.

In a team or solo:
- Zoom hosting - open and close the room before and after the workshop (up to 30 minutes)
- Create and manage breakout rooms as needed
- Ensure good audio - mute and unmute participants Check registration list, confirm attendance, remove participants if needed
- Monitor and facilitate chat - support the instructor by bringing in chat questions with good timing Connect with faculty ahead of time to confirm their specific tech support needs
